Hi, I'm Dr Wood, an animal behavior researcher changing careers into illustration and design. I emphasize connection to both nature and our imagination, supporting people in practicing their passions and celebrating the Queer, nerdy, spooky and other subcultures. I work in digital and physical mediums, especially block print, charcoal, and watercolor. I like making science communication graphics and nature journals. In my off time, I like to read, play RPG games, and go on hikes or do bouldering.
