Welcome

Heya, I’m Kelsey (Dr. Wood)

I weave my research background into my art, emphasizing the behaviors of animals, reflecting how humans and nature influence each other, and exploring our imagination. I bring spooky forests, serpents, and things that go bump in the night. Sasquatch included.

I’ve learned how to learn, pivot, and adapt to new skills and situations. I am passionate about helping people pursue their goals and develop skills that bring joy, healing, and fulfillment.

I created the Sylvan Serpent as a means to share my journey and encourage embracing passion and creativity. I’m no master artist, but I can bring support, resources, and cheer on my fellow learners.
